It is the responsibility of the customer / dog owner to make sure that any dog accessory is right for their dog — checking that the product fits properly and never causes the dog any discomfort. We do not accept any responsibility for accessories that fit poorly. Every dog is different, and no single size will fit every dog of the same breed in the same way. Just like any accessory people wear, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear, and it is up to the owner to keep an eye on their condition so they remain safe for the dog to wear. If a product shows any sign of wear or damage, it should no longer be used on the dog as intended.

Our accessories suit most dogs and are made for everyday use; however, if a dog has behavioural issues or pulls excessively, the accessories will have a shorter lifespan. We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog.

Please note that our Harnesses, Leads & Collars have been UK strength tested and certified fit for purpose. Our textured Leads and Collars (for example, our Teddy, Coat Collection, Mocha flower and Embroidered ranges) are not heavy-duty accessories and are not built to withstand extreme pulling or heavy wear and tear. They are aesthetic ranges, best suited to smaller breeds and lighter use. Please do not buy these products if you have a large or strong breed. We cannot take responsibility if products are damaged by the dog through scratching, biting and the like. We recommend hand washing all of our accessories, and never above 30 degrees.
