What is changing with Pup Points?
From April 23, 2026 we are moving our rewards scheme over to a fresh points-based system. Rest assured, the balance you have already built up stays exactly as it is. Your tier placement may move, however, since the qualifying thresholds are being reset to reflect the amount you spend with Cocopup.
Can points be combined with a discount on the same order?
Only one offer applies per order. Try to add a second discount and it simply replaces the first one you entered.
Our tip: go with whichever option saves you the most, based on what your basket comes to.
Will my points run out?
Points stay live as long as the account is active. Leave it untouched for a full 12 months and the balance will lapse.
How long do I keep my tier?
You get a 12-month window to hold or climb the tiers. Should the account see no activity across that period, you will drop back down to the Puppy tier.
Can I cash my points out?
No. Points have no cash value and cannot be moved to someone else, sold on, or swapped for money.

How are points earned?
Every $1 you spend hands you 5 points. They land in your account once a 30-day holding window has passed from the moment you order.
Where do I view my points balance?
Just sign in to your account here on the site and head to the rewards page to see where your balance stands.
My order is in, so why are my points missing?
There is a 30-day pending stage before points post to your account.
Redeeming Points Questions
How do I cash in my points?
Your points can be turned into discounts, vouchers or chosen products, with the options depending on the tier you have reached. Keep in mind that redemptions carry minimum spend requirements calculated before tax and delivery, so do review the details first.
What is the process for claiming a free product?
Trading points for a free item is only possible once a minimum order value is met, and that figure varies from product to product (always check the qualifying terms listed on each one).
A free product claim cannot be stacked with a discount code.
1. Sign in to your Pup Points account.
2. Head to the "Swap Your Pup Points For:" area.
3. Pick the product you would like to exchange points for and hit "redeem".
4. A discount code is then issued, and applying it at checkout drops the free item into your order.
Can I send back items claimed using points?
No. Anything obtained through a points redemption counts as Final Sale, meaning it cannot be returned or swapped. This keeps things fair and lets us carry on providing these rewards.
Is it possible to spend every point in one go?
No. Points are exchanged through set discount tiers or particular product deals, and what is available depends on the level you sit at.
I have changed my mind about a voucher I redeemed, can my points be returned?
Sadly, after a voucher has been redeemed there is no way to put those points back onto your account.
Is there an expiry on rewards?
Yes, once a reward is redeemed you have a 30-day window in which to use it.
